šŖ¬ HumanAI #008 ā Your Job Title Is Dead (Hereās What Replaces It)
Bill Gates and Obama just dropped a warning.

The Dawn of HumanAI
AI is inevitable. Itās happening.
Betting against evolution and progress is usually a bad decision.
So, we embrace it and use it to our advantage.
But weāll always remember who we areā
HUMANS.

Hey!
Welcome to HumanAIāa newsletter for entrepreneurs, business owners, and curious minds who want to think bigger, move faster, and build with AI⦠without drowning in technical BS.
If youāre new here, the AI Gods said you should probably catch up on past editions right here.
BANG. BANG. BANG.
My neighborās been remodeling for three days straight.
Itās like living inside a drum solo played by Thor.
If this roof doesnāt collapse on my head mid-email, youāll probably get to finish this newsletter.
If it does⦠well, youāll know what happened. šµāš«

Enjoying my last sip?
Anywayā¦
All this noise reminded me of another kind of banging thatās been rattling around in my brain lately.
A quote from Barack Obama that I canāt shake:
āAI isnāt just disrupting coders, itās disrupting meaning.ā
Read that again.
Not tasks. Not workflows.
Meaning.
And the follow-up hits even harder:
āIt may be that everybody, not just blue-collar workers, not just factory workers, are going to have to figure out,
Where do I get a job?
How do I get enough income to feed my family?ā
Heās not just talking about job loss.
Heās talking about identity loss.
Purpose drift.
Because when AI starts doing the thing you trained your whole life to doā¦
Whatās left?
Thatās the storm weāre entering.
And if you donāt want to get swept away,
you need to learn how to build with AI, not compete against it.
Good thing youāre reading this newsletter.
My whole goal? Helping you adapt to the new world of AI in a simple, human, practical way.
Letās go!
š§ HUMAN INSPIRATION: When They Were Afraid to Flip the Switch

When electricity first arrived in American homes in the late 1800s, people didnāt cheer.
They panicked.
Newspapers warned about fires, electrocutions, even death from simply flipping a switch.
In some hotels, staff had to turn on the lights because guests were too afraid to touch them.
And yetā¦
By the 1920s, electricity had reshaped the modern world:
Factories worked 24/7
Radios connected millions
Fridges replaced ice blocks
Nighttime was no longer dark
It didnāt just power machines.
It rewired society.
And at first, most people didnāt understand it.
They just plugged in and watched their world change.
Now?
AI is following the same path.
Another invisible force.
Misunderstood.
Feared.
Unstoppable.
The question isnāt if it will change everything.
Itās how fast youāll learn to plug into it.
š¬ What Gates and Obama Just Said (And Why It Matters)

šļø Bill Gates:
āThe era we are just starting is that intelligence (or expertise) is rare⦠With AI, over the next decade, that will become free. Commonplace.ā
Let that sink in.
Genius-level skills, once locked in the minds of top doctors and teachers, will be downloadable.
Accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Zero marginal cost.
āGreat medical advice, great tutoring⦠We donāt have enough professionals. AI solves that.ā
Thatās the upside.
But Gates also added: āThis is a bit scary.ā
Why?
Because it will redefine what we call a ājob.ā
He asked aloud:
āShould we only work 2-3 days a week?ā
As if itās no longer obvious what āworkā even is.

šļø Barack Obama:
āAI will be more impactful than any tech weāve ever seen. And itās coming faster.ā
He didnāt sugarcoat it.
He said current AI tools already outperform most software developers.
Not just āgrunt work.ā
Weāre talking about high-paying, high-status jobs.
The scariest part?
āEvery single one of us will have to rethink:
How do I earn a living? What gives me purpose? Whatās fair anymore?ā
Thatās not a doomer take.
Itās a warning to prepare now, while thereās still a gap.
Lucky you⦠HEREāS HOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!
ā” AI REAL-LIFE USE: How to Prepare Today
If youāre feeling anxious, youāre not wrong.
But panic never helped anyone.
Hereās how to use this shift to your advantage now (Remember Sun Tzuās saying: "In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity."):
š¹ 1. Treat Intelligence Like Electricity
Itās no longer rare. Itās infrastructure.
Instead of guarding your knowledgeā¦
Build systems that use AI to do the heavy lifting.
Prompt your favourite GPT:
āYou are my research co-pilot. I want you to find 3 insights, 2 counterarguments, and 1 wild-card idea based on this topicā¦ā
PRO TIP: Nowadays most of the GPTs currently have a "deep research" feature.
When writing your prompt select āDeep Researchā.

Paste your prompt and hit send.
Itāll pull from trusted sources, summarize the landscape, and even surface contrarian takes, faster than any Google search rabbit hole.
Test it with something youāre stuck on right now.
Youāll be shocked how far one prompt can go.
š¹ 2. Build a Personal AI Stack
You donāt need a degree in AI.
You need a stack of tools that extend your output.
Start with:
ChatGPT / Grok (custom agents for thinking/writing and image creating)
Zapier / Make (automation)
Notion / Airtable (knowledge systems)
Gemini / Claude (longer analysis tasks and less robotic writing tbh)
Prompt for GPT:
āBased on my role in [field], what AI tools could give me 10x output with 1/10 of the effort?ā
š¹ 3. Think Systems, Not Tasks
Soon, the question isnāt can you do it?
Itās can you design the system that does it for you?
This is synthetic leverage.
Ask GPT:
āWhatās one workflow I repeat every week that I can teach AI to do?ā
Build one tiny automation.
Then build another.
Repeat.
This is how the new economy will be wonā¦

š FOR THE BOLD ONES⦠The Collapse of the Resume Era

If intelligence is no longer scarce...
Then credentials stop mattering.
What replaces them?
Critical Thinking
Output
Speed
Taste
System design
Distribution
Empathy
These (and more) are the skills of the future.
Iām working on a list and preparing a full breakdown of each of the skills of the future to share with you!
Soon, we wonāt say: āIām a senior strategist.ā
Weāll say: āI run a system that generates 10 validated strategies a day, 24/7.ā
Thatās the difference between legacy rolesā¦
And AI-native functionality.
Donāt just be the person who does the job.
Be the person who builds the machine that does the job..
Final Thoughts
AI isnāt ācoming.ā
Itās already in the room.
Gates said intelligence will be free.
Obama said jobs wonāt be safe.
Both are right.
So what are you going to do about it?
Hereās my take:
We donāt beat this wave by running from it.
We ride it.
We build with it.
We rewire ourselves as HumanAI.
Because the future wonāt reward what you know.
Itāll reward how fast you learn, adapt and build with whatās now free.
Okay!
The roof didnāt fall on meā¦
So I can go back to appreciating the BANG BANG ORCHESTRAL vibes of my neighborās home renovation symphony.
But hey⦠maybe it was the perfect soundtrack after all.
Because thatās exactly what this moment feels like:
Loud. Relentless. Disruptive.
But also⦠full of potential energy.
This is the noise before the new rhythm kicks in.
And the ones who learn to move with itā¦
Those who build with the beat instead of covering their earsā¦
Theyāll be the ones who shape whatās next.
See you in the next edition.
Stay active, stay sharp.
