The whole memo is fascinating—but this paragraph really hit me:

“AI is a tool of all trades today, and will only grow in importance.
Frankly, I don’t think it’s feasible to opt out of learning the skill of applying AI in your craft; you are welcome to try, but I want to be honest—I cannot see this working out today, and definitely not tomorrow.
Stagnation is almost certain, and stagnation is slow-motion failure.
If you’re not climbing, you’re sliding.”

Last week I didn’t send out my newsletter edition… I’m sorry.

The issue was that I’ve been totally consumed by a new concept.

A new concept that is revolutionary for marketing. 

The thing is.. thanks to AI, marketing has changed FOREVER.

And as most of you probably know — I come from marketing.

So this is HUGE for me.

I’ll tell you how and why in a sec. But first…

I know what you’re thinking… “I’m not a marketer, Mencho, why should I care?”

And my answer is both simple and controversial:

WE ARE ALL MARKETERS.

Let me explain.

If you're building something…
If you're selling a service…
If you're growing your online presence…
If you're looking for a job…
If you're pitching, posting, DMing, or sharing…
Hell—even if you're trying to get a date on Tinder...

You are doing marketing.

You’re marketing your ideas.
Your products.
Yourself.

Now here's the thing:
The old way of marketing?
It’s gone.
Boom. Pow. See ya.
Hasta la vista, baby.
Adiós, “let’s circle back next week.”
Bye-bye to the 17-version Google Doc and the Slack thread with 68 unread messages.

AI didn’t just disrupt marketing.

It ran through it like a freight train.
It burned the playbook and built a new one overnight.

đź§  HUMAN INSPIRATION: The Innovation That Changed the Game (And Why It Matters Now)

Let’s rewind to 1984.

Apple launches its very first Mac: the Macintosh.

The ad? A basic, quiet, humble layout.
No aggressive claims. No flashy graphics.

Just a simple, bold statement:
“The only computer you already know how to use.“

That sentence changed the world.

It reframed how we thought about computers—from geeky to intuitive.
From hard to accessible.

The real game-changer however? The mouse.

Except instead of personal computing, it's personalized execution at scale.
Instead of democratizing access, we’re now democratizing growth.

⚡ WHAT IS VIBE MARKETING? (And Why It Changes Everything)

Vibe Marketing is not about “brand tone.”
It’s not about “good vibes.”

It’s about this:

One marketer + the right AI stack
= The power to launch, test, and scale faster than an entire Marketing agency

This concept was born out of vibe coding—where solo developers use AI and no-code tools to build full apps in 2 days.

Now that same 20x acceleration is happening in marketing:

GOAL: Set up an AI Content Machine in 1 hour or less

STEP 1: Train Your Voice

Prompt to ChatGPT:
“Here are 5 of my past posts. Learn my voice, tone, and style. Write future content in this format. [copy+paste your last posts]”

STEP 2: Generate Your Weekly Content

Prompt to ChatGPT:
“Give me 5 LinkedIn post ideas in my niche with viral potential. Format them using emotional openers, narrative structure, and clear takeaways.”

STEP 3: Create Matching Visuals
Use ChatGPTs new image function, or Ideogram, or Leonardo

Prompt to ChatGPT/Ideaogram/Leonardo:
“Create a Linkedin post cover for a post titled: [title]. Bold, clean, modern.”

Pro tip: feel free to play with the style (replace in the prompt where it says “bold, clean, modern”. Ask it to copy styles, for example, the trending “Studio Ghibli”

I asked ChatGPT to create a Studio Ghibli version of my profile picture.

STEP 4: Auto-Schedule + Optimize

Use Typefully or Taplio to:

  • Auto-schedule

  • Analyze

  • Recommend improvements weekly

Each week, prompt:
“Based on this week’s post performance, what worked best? Suggest 3 stronger hooks for next week.”

Boom.
You’re now running a full-stack content system—without hiring a ghostwriter or a Marketing agency.

Prompt to ChatGPT: Create a LinkedIn post cover for a post titled: “I Saved 10 Hours of Work This Week Using AI (Here’s How)” Make it in the style of a North Face ad without using their logo.

Pro tip: when asking ChatGPT to play with different styles, always prompt the new image in a NEW conversation from scratch. If not, it will mix up your previous images and prompts and will mess with the result you want to achieve!
