The Dawn of HumanAI

AI is inevitable. It’s happening.
Betting against evolution and progress is usually a bad decision.
So, we embrace it and use it to our advantage.
But we’ll always remember who we are—
HUMANS.

  • A 15-minute exercise to find your first real AI win (no tech skills needed)

  • How to turn one Quick Win into a Strategic Project that scales

  • A $400 gift for you!

Let’s go!

I’m a frameworks guy.
I like to see how things fit.
Because once you see the pattern, you can move faster than everyone else who’s still guessing.

That’s how the AI Opportunity Map™ was born.

It started as a messy sketch during one of my AI LAB sessions, me trying to help a group of execs spot “quick wins” with AI in their daily work.

Two hours later, the whiteboard looked like a fruit stand.

I realized: most people don’t need more AI tools.
They need a map.

A simple way to see where to start and what to ignore.

🧠 HUMAN INSPIRATION: The day we stopped climbing Mount AI

A few months ago, I worked with a leadership team at a mid-size company.
They were brilliant, strategic thinkers, solid operators.
But when it came to AI, they were frozen.

Not because they didn’t believe in it,
but because everything felt big, technical, or far away.

So I drew two axes on the board:
Impact (low → high)
Effort (low → high)

And I said, “Let’s stop climbing Mount AI. Let’s pick some fruit instead.”

That moment flipped the room.
They stopped overthinking and started mapping.

Within minutes, we had a list of low-hanging fruits… easy, high-impact tasks that could be automated or simplified with AI.

That map became the seed of something bigger:
The AI Opportunity Map™.

⚡ AI REAL-LIFE USE: Build your own AI Opportunity Map™ (Step-by-Step)

Grab a pen or open a whiteboard app. Let’s do this together:

Draw two axes:

  • Y-axis: Impact (Low → High)

  • X-axis: Effort (Low → High)

Now, we’ll fill the four quadrants:

🍊 1. QUICK WINS — Start here

Low effort, high impact.
These are your today opportunities, the easy fruit hanging within reach.

Examples:

  • Writing first drafts (emails, briefs, presentations).

  • Summarizing meetings, research, or documents.

  • Turning messy notes into clean outlines.

How to find them:
1) Look for tasks you repeat 3–5× a week.
2) Ask: “Would I notice if this task disappeared?” If yes, it’s high impact.
3) Use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Paste this prompt:

Act as my [role]. I need a fast draft for [task]. Context: [paste info]. Output: [format]. Ask 2 questions before starting.

⏱️ Goal: 15-minute win, not perfection.

🍍 2. STRATEGIC PROJECTS — Design for scale

High effort, high impact.
These are your systems… they take longer, but compound.

Examples:

  • CRM automations.

  • Monthly reporting dashboards.

  • Building your own Custom GPT or AI workflows.

How to find them:
1) Ask: “What drains my team’s time every week?”
2) Map that process in 5 steps.
3) Circle the steps that involve repetitive thinking or formatting.
4) That’s your AI sweet spot.

Prompt:

Act as a process architect. For this workflow [describe it], suggest where AI can save time, and give me sample prompts for each step.

Start small, one workflow at a time.

🌱 3. CONVENIENCE BOOSTERS — Nice to have

Low effort, low impact.
They make life easier, but don’t change it.

Examples:

  • Grammar polish, email tone fixes.

  • File naming automation.

  • Calendar optimization.

Quick dopamine hits, but don’t confuse them with transformation.
Use them, enjoy them, but don’t live here.

❌ 4. ENERGY TRAPS — Avoid for now

High effort, low impact.
They sound smart, but burn time and yield little.

Examples:

  • Overengineered bots.

  • “AI for everything” projects.

  • Custom models with no data or clarity.

If it takes weeks and doesn’t solve a real pain, skip it.

🚀 FOR THE BOLD ONES…

AI isn’t about replacing you.
It’s about amplifying you.

You don’t need to adapt faster.
You need to see more clearly.

Because the future won’t reward those who know the most… but those who know where to look.
