š§ How I Read 100 Pages in 10 Minutes (and Sound Smart in Meetings)
My exact system to digest long documents fast.

The Dawn of HumanAI
AI is inevitable. Itās happening.
Betting against evolution and progress is usually a bad decision.
So, we embrace it and use it to our advantage.
But weāll always remember who we areā
HUMANS.
Hey!
Welcome to HumanAI, a newsletter for entrepreneurs, business owners, and curious minds who want to think bigger, move faster, and build with AI⦠without drowning in technical BS.
š§ How I Read 100 Pages in 10 Minutes (and Sound Smart in Meetings)
Letās be honest: Nobody wants to read a 100-page PDF.
But sounding like you did? Thatās power.
Hereās my exact system to digest long documents fast, using AI tools smarter than ChatGPT for this job.
š Tools I Use
1. Claude.ai (by Anthropic)
Best for long, meaty docs. Just upload the file, ask smart questions, and Claude gives you answers with context
- Handles up to 150,000+ words like a boss (thatās a whole book).
- Perfect for research papers, contracts, or reports.
- Doesnāt miss pages. Doesnāt hallucinate.
Prompt it like this:
āSummarise this report with key takeaways, risks, and recommendations.ā
Boom. Instant credibility in your next meeting.
2. Humata.ai
Turns any PDF into a chatbot. Just upload the file and chat with it like itās a human assistant.
Ask it:
āWhat are the top 3 takeaways?ā
āWhere are the revenue projections?ā
āWhatās the main risk in this section?ā
And it answers like a sharp intern who never sleeps.
Great for whitepapers, academic stuff, or board decks.
3. UPDF or PDFgear + Claude Combo
Use UPDF to extract specific sections from a long document
Feed those chunks into Claude for focused, accurate summaries
ā” My Workflow
Step 1: Open Claude.ai
Step 2: Upload the full PDF (or just the key sections using UPDF)
Step 3: Use this prompt:
āSummarise this document in plain English. Highlight key insights, findings, and anything decision-makers would care about.ā
Step 4: Ask follow-ups like:
āWhere does it mention risks?ā
āWhatās the most surprising part of the findings?ā
āIf I had to sound smart in a meeting, what 3 points should I bring up?ā
Step 5: Copy, paste, rephrase slightly if needed and youāre done.
š§ Bonus Tip
Claude is better than ChatGPT for long-form content.
But if you must use ChatGPT, split the doc into sections and upload them one at a time.
Donāt rely on drag-and-drop for anything important.
š TL;DR
Claude = full summaries
Humata = instant Q&A
UPDF + Claude = sniper focus
Go into that meeting like you read the whole damn thing. š§.
